What makes Wherewithal different?
We re-engineered the bra design, replacing hook + eye closures w/ an adjustable backband that adjusts your bra to fit you. This size personalization modernizes the bra sizing system that was established in the 1930's, for the first time ever, and replaces it w/ the freedom to fluctuate, to change, and to fit you, however you need it to.

How does your sizing work?
W/ our signature sliding back bands, you have the power to personalize your size—for the first time ever, and we are dedicated to breaking away from traditional bra sizing. Because of our adjustability 1 Wherewithal SizeSet = 3 Traditional Bra Sizes. To find your SizeSet, use our SizeSet Guide.

Each of our bands can be adjusted 4-inches, or 3 standard bra sizes. We currently offer bands 1-4. Corresponding underbust measurements (in inches):

What bra sizes do you carry?
In our Strapless Bra Style, we offer Bands 1-4 and Cup Sizes 7-11

Wear & Care
How do I care for my pieces?
To best care for your Wherewithal pieces, hand wash garments (bras and underwear) in cold water, and hang dry. Washing machines are tough, and impact the quality of color, fit, and the softness of the fabrication (that we spent months to find!). We promise, the extra time is worth it. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry (hang dry). Do not iron.
How often should I replace my bras?
If you have 3-5 bras to rotate between throughout the week, your bras will last you about a year. Since this is garment we wear so frequently, overtime the elasticity and support naturally begins to wear-down. We suggest replacing your bras every 12 months.
How often should I replace my underwear?
Underwear should be changed daily. (Rule of thumb: have 2 weeks worth in your underwear drawer!) We recommend replacing your underwear every 6-12months.

Why do your bra cups start at a 6?
Great question! Traditional bra size naming conventions did not accurately represent who we are, so we broke away. It started out as an internal naming system, and stuck. We loved how the band/cup naming combination resembles a date because we want to be the bra you wear anytime, any day, w/ anything. We currently offer cup sizes 6-14, in our T-shirt Bra Style, and Cups 7-11 in our Strapless Bra Style, w/ more cup sizes in development.
What if an item I want is sold out?
We currently manufacture in small batches based on our commitment to reducing waste. If a product you want is sold out, you can sign up to be notified by email when your size is back in stock. Go to the specific product page to sign up. More inventory is coming soon!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Your card will be charged immediately after your order is placed. Shopify Payments is not available to US territories except Puerto Rico.

How do you ensure quality?
We work w/ an incredible third-party inspection agency whose attention to detail is unlike any other quality service we’ve seen. (And we thought our team was obsessed w/ the details!) Our inspection process is rigorous to ensure we provide you w/ the highest quality.
Where are your products made?
All of our suppliers and manufacturers are in Guangdong Province, China, and we are so proud they are part of the larger Wherewithal team. We spent well over a year searching for a manufacturer who understood our vision and could bring it to life. Our teams worked in lock step to quite literally break traditional bra sizing and re-engineer our bra design to create personal bra sizing—for the first time ever. We have partnered w/ some of the highest quality textile mills in the world, and many components of our bras are custom-made just for Wherewithal, including our back band elastic.
Wherewithal Guarantee: We stand behind every piece we sell. If the product you ordered is damaged, please report it to us w/ in 30 days of receipt and we will replace or refund it for free.
